瓶装放射性液体自动取样装置的研制

Development of Auto-Sampling Device for Quantifying Radioactive Liquid in Sealed Bottle

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种适用于热室工作环境的自动取样装置的结构和功能,该装置能对带盖瓶装放射性液体进行定量取样和精确称重。测试结果表明:该装置的取样精度可小于0.5%,单个样品的取量和称重时间约2 min,取样和称重过程完全自动控制,人机界面友好。

     

    Abstract: The structure and functions of an automatic device were introduced. The device was used in the hot cell, and could quantitatively sample and accurately weigh out the radioactive liquids in the sealed bottles. The sampling precision is better than 0.5%, and it takes approximately 2 min for sampling and weighing each sample. Sampling and weighing are controlled automatically, and the manmachine interface is friendly.
