摇摆对窄矩形通道内两相流摩擦压降特性影响

Effect on Two-Phase Flow Frictional Pressure Drop Characteristicin Narrow Rectangular Channel at Fluctuant Condition

  • 摘要: 本文以窄矩形通道内两相流为研究对象,分析了不同摇摆工况对两相流动摩擦阻力特性的影响。通过对试验数据分析,结果表明,改变摇摆周期对窄矩形通道内两相流的瞬态摩擦压降波动幅值的影响很小,只是改变了其瞬态摩擦压降变化频率,对其平均摩擦压降无影响。同时,采用L-M法对比分析摇摆与静止条件下的φ2l(φ2g) -X变化曲线发现,摇摆状态下窄矩形通道内的两相摩擦压降可采用静止条件下φ2l(φ2g) -X变化曲线进行计算。

     

    Abstract: Based on the data of two-phase flow in narrow rectangular channel, the influence of the two-phase flow friction characteristic under the different fluctuant states was analyzed. Through analyzing the experimental data, it is shown that the fluctuant amplitude of the friction pressure drop is affected slightly by the fluctuant period in narrow rectangular channel, but the frequency of the friction pressure drop fluctuation is changed. However, the change of fluctuant period is of little effect on the average frictional pressure drop. Comparing the φ2l(φ2g) -X variation curves at static condition with the ones at fluctuant condition, using the L-M method, it’s found that the two-phase frictional pressure drop in the narrow rectangular channel under the fluctuant state can be calculated by the φ2l(φ2g) -X variation curve at static condition.
