加热系统间歇泉流动机理与模型研究

Geysering Mechanism and Model Study for Heating System

  • 摘要: 在实验基础上对间歇泉流动的机理进行了分析:间歇泉流动是浮力与阻力间相互耦合的结果;系统热量的分布不均匀是发生间歇泉流动的重要前提;汽-液交界面的振荡引起了管路内流动参数的振荡,汽-液交界面的破裂最终决定了蒸汽的喷涌时刻。在机理分析的基础上,建立了间歇泉流动中系统热量传输模型,模型计算结果与实验结果较为符合。

     

    Abstract: The geysering mechanism was analyzed based on experiments. The analysis results show that the geysering is a result of interaction between the buoyancy and resistance, for which the non-uniform of heat generation and distribution in the system is an important precondition. The fluctuation of flow parameters in the riser is caused by the interface oscillation of the vapor accumulated in the heating section and the liquid in the riser. The intermittent vapor venting would occur after the interface ruptures. Based on the above mechanism, the system heat transfer models of geysering were developed. The results calculated with these models show good agreement with the experimental data.
