新型压水堆压力释放装置实验研究

Experimental Study on New Type PWR Pressure-relieving Device

  • 摘要: 本文介绍一种新型压力释放装置,该装置兼顾了现有压水堆压力安全系统中使用的弹簧直接作用式安全阀和波纹管先导式安全阀这两种压力释放装置的优点。该阀门具有释放可信度高、可靠性好、密封性好和工作平稳等优点。为验证该装置的实际工作性能的可靠性和可信度,在15.5 MPa工作压力下,对新型压力释放装置进行热态实验,通过实验得出该装置的密封特性和动作特性曲线,证明该装置工作性能良好。新型压力释放装置对现有压水堆压力安全系统的改进提供了一种新思路,同时其验证性实验为该装置在未来的实际应用积累了经验。

     

    Abstract: A new type pressure-relieving device was presented. This device takes the advantages of two kinds of existing pressure-relieving devices, namely the spring direct action type relieving valve and bellows pilot operated type relieving valve. This device is of advantages with high release credibility, good reliability, good tightness, and operation smooth and steady, etc. In order to validate the reliability and credibility of the actual working performance for the presented device, the hot state experiment was performed at 15.5 MPa working pressure. The sealing characteristic curve and the performance characteristic curve of the device were obtained from experiments. The results show that the work performance of pressure-relieving device is good. It provides a new thinking to improve performance of pressure safety system for pressurized water reactor, and the experience of using the device in future is accumulated by performing the validation experiments.
