摘要: 本文通过对10Be离子在加速器质谱计(CAMS)高能端束流传输进行模拟计算,确定了10Be离子束流传输的优化设计。设计安装了测量9Be束流的法拉第筒、能量吸收膜(SiN膜)装置、ΔE-Eres气体探测器等,结果表明,改进后的CAMS可进行10Be测量,10Be测量总传输效率约为2%,测量本底约为4×10-14。Abstract: Firstly ion optics calculations for the transport of 10Be were performed for the high energy system. Then a new Faraday cup was installed to measure high energy 9Be current and holder for silicon nitride foil (SiN-foil) was mounted. For the detection the Si-detector at the end of the beam line was replaced with a high resolution ΔE-Eres gas ionization chamber. The results show that the overall transmission efficency is about 2% and the 10Be background level is limited to 4×10-14.
