Transient Analysis for Water Level of AP1000 Steam Generator

  • 摘要: 针对AP1000直立式自然循环U型管蒸汽发生器进行建模与仿真研究。根据蒸汽发生器的热工水力特性、流体流动特性、运行状态及RELAP5的建模原则,首先对蒸汽发生器进行了节点划分,确定各部件的类型、各个部件间的连接方式及各部件的边界条件,再在RELAP5输入卡中输入各部件的初始参数,实现蒸汽发生器的建模目标。最后在其他参数不变的情况下使蒸汽发生器在给水温度阶跃变化、蒸汽发生器一回路冷却剂入口温度阶跃变化、给水流量阶跃变化、蒸汽流量阶跃变化下,得到蒸汽发生器水位的变化趋势曲线。结果表明,RELAP5仿真结果与实际情况一致。

     

    Abstract: The vertical U-tube natural-circuit steam generator of AP1000 was modeled and simulated. According to the characteristics of thermal-hydraulic, the characteristics of fluid flow, the operating state, and the modeling and simulation principle of RELAP5, the steam generator was divided into several nodes, so as to determine the type of each component and the connection between the various components. Then the initial parameters of the component were entered to the RELAP5 input card, and the goal of build a model for the steam generator was achieved. Finally, the level change curves of steam generator were obtained under different parameter changes. The results show that the simulation results of RELAP5 are consistent with the actual situation.
