分层数据格式在COSINE物理子系统中的应用

Applications of Hierarchical Data Format in COSINE Reactor Physics Sub-system

  • 摘要: 在COSINE平台物理子系统的开发过程中,为提升程序执行效率而引入了若干先进算法或技术,其中包含用于优化过程数据存储的分层数据格式技术。分层数据格式具有数据模型通用、文件格式自由、接口功能高效等优点,因而被普遍采用。本文定性分析了分层数据格式提高物理程序再启动模块及组件堆芯接口模块执行效率的原因,说明了分层数据格式能契合物理程序的过程数据存储特性。此外,本文还给出了引入分层数据格式前后程序各相关模块执行效率的初步对比结果,这些结果能充分支持定性分析结论。

     

    Abstract: During development procedure of COSINE reactor physics sub-system, some advantageous methods and technologies are introduced to improve efficiency of program execution. Of which, hierarchical data format (HDF) has been adopted, because it allows codes to easily share data across a wide variety of computational platforms using applications written in different programming languages. The reason that HDF optimizes execution efficiency of restart module and lattice-core interface module in reactor physics codes was analyzed in this paper. As well, it is clarified that HDF matches the characteristics of process data storage. Concurrently, the preliminary comparison of the execution efficiency before and after HDF adoption was given in the paper, which fully proves previous qualitative conclusions.
