Abstract:
The gaseous and liquid radioactive release during normal operation is the source of environmental impact assessment for pressurized water reactor (PWR) plant. The general calculation model of gaseous and liquid radioactive release for PWR plant was established according to the research on the release pathways and calculation basis, and the main influencing factors were analyzed. Basing on the established calculation model and the design data of CPR1000, the expected value of gaseous and liquid radioactive release for CPR1000 was calculated and compared with the experimental data of Daya Bay and Ling’ao Nuclear Power Stations. The comparison results show that the calculated value is larger than the experimental data and the established calculation model is conservative.
