含内热源多孔介质通道内流动沸腾两相压降的预测

Prediction of Two-phase Pressure Drop During Flow Boiling in Porous Media Channel With Internal Heat Source

  • 摘要: 为预测含内热源多孔介质通道内流动沸腾的两相阻力压降,以Ergun方程为基础,定义了多孔介质通道的Chisholm参数Y和全液相折算因子Φl0。通过理论分析和实验数据测量,明确了出口质量含气率xe、质量流速G和小球直径d等对参数YΦl0的影响,并提出1个Lockhart-Martinelli(L-M)类型的两相阻力压降关系式。与文献中的其他公式相比,本工作提出的公式对实验结果能做出更好的预测。

     

    Abstract: Based on Ergun equation, the Chisholm parameter Y and two-phase multiplier Φl0 for porous media channel were defined to predict two-phase pressure drop during flow boiling in porous media channel with internal heat source. Effects of exit quality xe, mass flux G and particle diameter d on parameters Y and Φl0 were identified by theoretical analysis and experimental measurements. A Lockhart-Martinelli (L-M) type correlation for predicting two-phase pressure drop was proposed and it can make more reasonable predictions to experimental results than other correlations available in literature.
