包覆燃料颗粒应力的有限元分析

Stress Analysis of Coated Particle Fuel Using Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 高温气冷堆的燃料元件由包覆燃料颗粒弥散在石墨基体中组成。在反应堆运行过程中,辐照及各复杂的物理化学反应产生的应力会使包覆燃料颗粒发生破损,对包覆燃料颗粒进行应力分析是评价燃料元件和反应堆运行安全性能的主要内容之一。本文基于压力壳模式,主要考虑内压作用下的球形壳层应力及包覆燃料颗粒的非球形因素,用有限元法对应力进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: The fuel element of high temperature gas-cooled reactor is composed of coated particle fuel which is dispersed in graphite matrix. In normal operation, the stress due to irradiation and a variety of complex physical and chemical reactions will cause failure of the coated particle fuel. Therefore, the stress analysis of coated particle fuel is important for the safety of fuel element and reactor. The stress was analyzed by the finite element method based on the inner pressure failure mechanism considering asphericity of the particles.
