核电站用车载式废树脂接收装置研制

Development of Travelling Spent Resin Incepting Device Used in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 为保证核电站放射性废树脂及时安全排放,本文研制了一套车载式废树脂接收装置,该装置具有移动式和一体化等特点,能在低温恶劣环境下实现废树脂接收的功能。研制过程中,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了装置的三维计算模型,对装置进行了模态分析和响应谱分析,得到了装置在设计工况下各载荷组合后的应力强度,并基于有限元分析结果根据RCC-M规范规定的应力准则对装置结构进行了应力强度评定。结果表明:装置在设计工况下符合RCC-M规范O级准则的强度要求。试验验证结果证实,该车载式废树脂接收装置满足废树脂接收和安全运输的要求。

     

    Abstract: A travelling spent resin incepting device was developed to assure the timely and safe emission of radioactive spent resin. The device has some characteristics such as travelling, integration etc., and the function of the device can be achieved with severe environment. 3D analysis model of the device was built in the development process with ANSYS code which is a finite element analysis software, modal and response spectrum analyses were carried out, and stress intensity of the device by different loads under designed condition was obtained, and stress strength assessment for the device structure based on RCC-M was also carried out. The results indicate that the strength of the device satisfies requirements of the RCC-M level O rule under designed condition, and the spent resin reception and safe transport for the device were verified by experiments.
