含空气蒸汽冷凝数值计算模型建立与模拟

Modeling and Numerical Simulation of Steam Condensation With Air

  • 摘要: 根据已有的传热传质关系式,通过CFD软件中自定义编程UDF的方法在控制方程中加载控制方程源项,建立了含空气蒸汽冷凝的数值计算模型,并运用此模型对两种已完成实验的共10组工况进行了数值计算。计算结果表明,本模型计算得到的结果可准确预测不同实验下的实验值,计算仿真得到的速度场和温度场较为细致地模拟了蒸汽冷凝过程中空气的分布状态。

     

    Abstract: According to existing correlation between heat and mass transfer, the condensation process of steam with air was successfully modeled by applying a user defined function (UDF) added to the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package. Moreover, the model was used in two kinds of experiments, covering a total of 10 sets of experimental conditions. Calculated profiles of temperature, air concentration, and velocity components were compared with experimental results and discussed. The simulation results indicate that there is a good agreement between the experimental results and the model prediction results. The distributions of velocity and temperature got from the simulation show a meticulous simulation of the air distribution in steam condensation process.
