田湾核电站监督试样运输容器组件研制

Development of Transportation Container Component for Surveillance Specimens of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station

  • 摘要: 为保证田湾核电站监督试样的运输安全,本工作采用设计与验证试验相结合的方法研制监督试样运输容器组件。组件设计包括屏蔽计算、结构设计与力学评定,通过安全验证试验和现场操作试验,对容器的运输安全性能和现场操作性能进行分析。结果表明,设计的监督试样运输容器组件满足GB 11806—2004的要求。目前,研制的监督试样运输容器组件已完成第1批监督试样的运输任务。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the surveillance specimens of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station were transported safely, a combination of design and verification test methods was used to develop a set of transportation container components. The design work of the transportation container components included shielding calculation, structural design, and mechanics assessment. The safety of the transportation and the reliability of the onsite operation were verified by carrying out the safety verification test and field operation test. The results show that the transportation container components meet the requirements of GB 11806—2004. At present, the monitoring transportation container components for surveillance specimens have successfully completed their first set of tasks of transporting surveillance specimens.
