水压缸密封性能实验研究

Experimental Study of Sealing Performance of Hydraulic Cylinder

  • 摘要: 控制棒水压驱动技术是清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院拥有自主知识产权的一项新型发明专利技术。作为该系统的核心部件,水压缸密封特性会直接影响整套系统的运行性能。通过搭建密封测试实验装置,获得了常温下水压缸的启动压力和不同内外压差下的泄漏量等反映密封性能的数据。实验结果表明,采用3个密封环的水压缸的密封性能完全达到控制棒水压驱动技术的要求;水压缸的泄漏量在恒定的内外压差下总体保持稳定,并随水压缸的内外压差基本呈线性关系。实验结果为水压缸运动模型的建立提供了实验依据,为控制棒水压驱动技术的进一步设计和优化提供了基础。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic control rod drive technology (HCRDT) is a newly invented patent owned by Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University with independent intellectual property rights. Hydraulic cylinder is the core part of this technology, so the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinder directly affects the performance of the HCRDT. A new experiment table was designed and used to test the seal of hydraulic cylinder to get leakage at various pressures and starting pressure at normal temperature. The result shows that the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder with three sealing rings is good enough for HCRDT. The leakage of the hydraulic cylinder at constant pressure is stable, and the leakage increases linearly with pressure lifting. The results provide the experimental data for the model of HCRDT moving. Furthermore, the design of HCRDT can be optimized.
