激光均匀性对冲击波平面性的影响

Effect of Laser Uniformity on Planarity of Shockwave

  • 摘要: 利用两种方法研究了激光空间均匀性对冲击波平面性的影响。一种是根据冲击波在靶背卸载辐射可见光的平面性来判断冲击波平面性;另一种是基于成像型速度干涉仪测量的靶背自由面速度变化引起干涉条纹跃变间断面的平面性判断冲击波平面性,同时由条纹移动后持续时间了解流体力学不稳定性演化情况。研究表明,不均匀性为2%的激光驱动的冲击波平面性较好,能发射高速飞片,且飞片具有很好的平面性与完整性;不均匀性为5%的激光产生的冲击波平面性很差,不能发射完整的高速飞片。说明激光均匀性对冲击波平面性具有决定性的影响。

     

    Abstract: The effects of laser space uniformity on shockwave planarity were studied by two methods. One is based on planarity of visible light generated from shockwave unloading at rear surface of target to judge planarity of shockwave; another is based on planarity of interference fringes jump discontinuity surface caused by the change of free surface velocity of target back to judge planarity of shockwave, which was measured by Imaging VISAR, and the hydrodynamic instability evolution could be known according to the lasting time of fringe moving. Research shows that the planarity of shockwave driven by the laser pulse of space heterogeneity of 2% is better, and the shockwave is capable of transmitting high speed flyer with good planarity and integrity; while the planarity of shockwave generated by the laser pulse of space heterogeneity of 5% becomes poor and complete high-speed flyer can not be transmitted. Results show that the laser uniformity has decisive effect on the shockwave planarity.
