ADS注入器Ⅱ控制系统软件平台设计

Design of Software Platform for Injector Ⅱ Control System in ADS

  • 摘要: 加速器驱动的次临界系统(ADS)的强流质子加速器(ADS注入器Ⅱ)主要用于产生连续强流质子束,其控制系统需实现对现场加速器设备的远程参数调节和状态监测。整个控制系统基于分布式控制软件实验物理与工业控制系统(EPICS)架构设计。为实现各子系统软件开发平台之间的数据共享和信息通信,基于EPICS软件架构,采用共享内存、通道访问接口软件、CA Lab等多种方法实现各系统间的数据透明访问,提高了上层控制软件的远程诊断和集成控制能力。结果表明:整个软件平台运行可靠、稳定,完全满足目前注入器Ⅱ的调束和运行要求。

     

    Abstract: The main function of the intense-beam proton accelerator in accelerator driven sub-critical system (ADS), which was also called ADS injector Ⅱ, was trying to produce continuous intense proton beam. The remote adjustment of the accelerator device’s parameters and monitoring of working status should be implemented by the control system. The whole control system was based on the distributed control software EPICS. In order to implement data sharing and information communication among every software development platform of sub-system, the transparent data access among every system was implemented by using the EPICS software architecture, shared memories, channel access interfaces and CA Lab. The ability of the system remote diagnosis and centralized control of upper control software was also improved by these technologies. The results indicate that the whole platform is running reliably, stably, and perfectly meets the beam adjustment and operation requirements of injector Ⅱ.
