车载中放废液运输贮罐装置的验证与仿真分析

Validation and Simulation on Tank Container Transportation Device for Intermediate Level Waste

  • 摘要: 为了验证并分析车载中放废液(ILW)运输贮罐装置在机械性能、辐射防护等方面的安全性,本文通过理论计算和软件仿真分析等方法,对该装置机械性能方面的主要技术参数和辐射防护方面的屏蔽效果进行验证和分析,结果表明:该装置的壁厚、盖厚和焊缝应力满足钢制压力容器国家标准(GB 150 3—2011)的要求,其屏蔽效果能满足该装置技术规格书的要求,主筒体及封头的应力分布是均匀的,且壳体变形位移在允许范围内,该装置在机械性能和辐射防护方面是安全可靠的。

     

    Abstract: In order to validate the safety of tank container transportation device in the aspects of mechanic and radiation protection, the calculation and simulation method were taken in this paper. The results show that the wall, the cover thickness and weld stress of the device meet the GB 150 3—2011 requirements, and its shielding effect meets the technical specification requirements. The stress distribution of main cylinder and head is even. The deformation displacement is in the permitted range, and the mechanical strength and thickness of the vehicle are enough for safe and radiation protection.
