Research of T3 Test Valve Stroke Time Measurement Design Realization for New CPR1000 Project

  • 摘要: 本文提出了T3试验阀门计时设计原则。结合CPR1000新项目DCS平台,重点研究了T3试验阀门计时如何实现来满足设计需求,并做了设计原则的符合性分析,详细说明了计时的信号路径,并对硬接线和网络计时精度进行分析和评估,解决了CPR1000 DCS自主设计过程中的关键技术问题。最后根据目前DCS结构和设备特性分析,提出一种采用ESF(engineered safety features)的AT(automatic tester)的计时方案,为后续CPR1000新项目T3试验计时自主设计改进提供了一种方法。

     

    Abstract: The design principles for T3 test valve timing was presented in the thesis. Combined with the new CPR1000 project DCS platform, the research of T3 test valve stroke time measurement design to meet the design demand was focused on. And the compliance with design principle, the time measurement signal path, and the time measurement accuracy of hard wiring and network were analyzed. Finally, according to the DCS structure and equipment characteristic analysis, a method of time measurement by ESF (engineered safety features) AT (automatic tester) was provided, which is a method of some potential for the follow-up CPR1000 project.
