  • 摘要: 核电机组热效率在线监测与诊断系统,应用于核电站热力系统回路的实时在线监测、计算和趋势跟踪,及时探测发现热力系统效率劣化的事件,诊断定位引起热力系统效率劣化的相关设备,给核电运维人员的运行、维修工作提供及时有效的技术支持。本文阐述了压水堆核电机组热效率在线监测与诊断系统的设计方案和技术要点。设计的系统方案能满足核电站热力系统回路的实时在线监测、计算和趋势跟踪,及时发现热力系统效率劣化的事件,诊断定位引起热力系统效率劣化的相关设备。

     

    Abstract: The heat efficiency online monitor and diagnosis system is used in nuclear power unit for the online monitoring, calculating and trending the efficiency of the thermodynamic system. It’s able to timely detect the events and diagnose the equipment caused heat efficiency reducing. And the system can take a timely and efficiently technical support to the operators and maintainers. The study on the design of heat efficiency online monitor and diagnosis system for nuclear power unit was introduced. The technical criteria as well as the solution of the system were expounded. The designed system can satisfy the real-time online monitoring, calculation and trend tracking of thermodynamic loop of nuclear power plant, timely detect heat efficiency deterioration events, and diagnose and locate the equipment caused heat efficiency deterioration.
