反应堆冷却剂泵振动相位监测方案研究

Research of Reactor Coolant Pump Vibration Phase Reference Measurement Scheme

  • 摘要: 基于对大型、高速旋转机械的振动监测研究,结合振动监测与故障分析研究方法,并考虑到核电厂反应堆冷却剂泵(主泵)设备运行、监测及故障诊断的实际情况,提出了3种主泵振动相位测量方案,并对上述方案进行综合安全分析、技术可行性分析和经济性分析,最终得出较优的主泵振动相位测量方案。

     

    Abstract: Based on the research of vibration monitoring of large scale and high-speed rotation equipment, by means of vibration monitoring and fault analysis research, and considering the actual situation of reactor coolant pump equipment running, monitoring and fault analyzing, three schemes of the reactor coolant pump vibration phase reference measurement were introduced in this paper. The comprehensive secure analysis, technical feasibility and economy evaluation were carried out, and the optimal reference measurement scheme for reactor coolant pump vibration phase was proposed.
