核电厂控制器人因工程验证准则和方法探讨

Discussion on Verification Criterion and Method of Human Factors Engineering for Nuclear Power Plant Controller

  • 摘要: 为防止或减少人的失误,保证核电厂安全运行,需要从人因工程设计方面对控制设备进行验证。本文综合考虑了国内外有关核电厂控制器的人因工程法规标准,探讨了核电厂控制器的人因工程验证准则及验证方法,并结合相关实例为核电厂控制器人因工程验证准则及方法的选择提供参考依据。结果表明,在对核电厂控制器进行人因工程验证时,应选择合适的人因工程验证准则,并结合适当的验证方法,才能保持结论的客观性的同时又保证其正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent or reduce human error and ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants, control device should be verified from the perspective of human factors engineering (HFE). The domestic and international human factors engineering guidelines about nuclear power plant controller were considered, the verification crite rion and method of human factors engineering for nuclear power plant controller were discussed and the application examples were provided for reference in this paper. The results show that the appropriate verification criterion and method should be selected to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the conclusion.
