硅探测器信号电荷分配技术的研究

Study on Charge Distribution of Silicon Detector Signal

  • 摘要: 大规模阵列Si-PIN探测器和DSSD探测器与Front end ASIC耦合时的动态范围匹配是亟待解决的问题。本文基于硅探测器信号的产生与特性,设计了3种解决探测器与前端电子学动态范围匹配问题的耦合方法,并结合理论模型与实验结果的对比分析,验证了3种方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic range matching technique between silicon detector (Si-PIN array detector and DSSD) and Front-end ASIC is the key technology. Three coupling methods to solve the problem of dynamic range matching were designed based on the generation and feature of silicon detector signal in this paper. The comparison result between the theoretical mode and experiment results shows that the coupling methods are feasible.
