非能动余热排出换热器优化设计研究

Research on Optimal Design of Passive Residual Heat Removal Heat Exchanger

  • 摘要: 以CFX为工具,对AP1000非能动余热排出换热器的管束结构进行改进,分析了管束结构对非能动余热排出换热器性能的影响。研究结果表明,在单相自然对流和轻度沸腾区,管束三角形排布时的换热系数明显优于现有设计,换热能力随着节距的减小而增强。为确保饱和沸腾区的换热性能,便于饱和沸腾区气泡自加热面的逸离,节距应不小于1.5do

     

    Abstract: The tube bundle structure of AP1000’s passive residual heat removal heat exchanger (PRHR-HX) was improved base on the CFX software and the influence of tube bundle structure on the performance of PRHR-HX was also analyzed. The results show that in the region of single-phase natural convection and mild boiling, the heat transfer coefficient of triangle bundle arrangement is widely superior to the existing design and the capability increases with the decrease of pitch size. To ensure the heat transfer performance in the boiling zone, the pitch size should not be less than 1.5do, so that the bubbles can easily escape from the heating surface.
