He/H离子辐照损伤及其对ODS钢显微硬度的影响研究

He/H Ion Irradiation Damage and Effect on Micro Hardness of ODS Steel

  • 摘要: 为研究氧化物弥散强化铁素体钢(ODS钢)中的He/H离子协同辐照效应,本文开展了室温条件下ODS钢的He/H离子单一及复合辐照实验,并研究了辐照损伤对其显微硬度的影响。实验结果表明:He/H离子主要分布在损伤峰值附近;H离子辐照对ODS钢显微硬度的影响大于He离子;H离子的引入导致He离子低温解吸峰消失,而He离子的注量减半则使其热解吸起始温度升高;He、H离子与材料中缺陷相互作用不同是影响显微硬度及正电子寿命结果的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the synergetic effect of He/H ion in ODS steel, single and co-irradiation experiments of ODS steel were carried out at room temperature, and the effect of irradiation damage on micro hardness of ODS steel was investigated. The experimental results show that He/H ion is mainly distributed around damage peak, H ion irradiation has greater influence on the micro hardness than that of He ion, the introduction of H ion causes the disappearance of He ion low temperature desorption peak, the fluence of He ion reduced by half makes the initial desorption temperature rise, and the micro hardness and positron lifetime results can be mainly ascribed to the difference of He and H ion interaction with defects.
