双端进气T型管夹带试验研究

Experimental Investigation of Tee Branch Entrainment with Double Gas Inlets

  • 摘要: 本文以AP1000为原型,通过模化分析设计建造了试验台架(ADETEL),进行了双端进气夹带起始和夹带率试验。用高速摄像仪对试验现象进行记录,并将试验数据与现有数据和模型进行了对比。结果表明,由于试验段结构及试验条件不同,本文试验数据和现有数据存在较大差异。试验中还对夹带频率进行了研究。结果显示,在夹带率较低时,夹带周期随夹带率的增加而显著减小,夹带率较大时夹带周期逐渐趋于稳定。

     

    Abstract: The ADS-4 depressurization and entrainment test loop (ADETEL) scaled after AP1000 was constructed to investigate the tee branch entrainment process. The experiment which consists of the onset of entrainment and entrainment rate was accomplished under the double gas inlets conditions. The entrainment process was recorded by a high speed camera and analyzed in detail. The experimental data were obtained and compared with existing data and correlations. The results show that relatively large discrepancies exist in the comparison due to the differences of test section geometric configuration and test condition. The entrainment frequency was investigated in the experiment. It indicates that the entrainment period declines dramatically with the increase of entrainment rate at the low entrainment rate. At the high entrainment rate, the entrainment period gradually stabilizes.
