放射源60Co γ射线的利用效率研究

Utilization Efficient of 60Co γ-ray Source

  • 摘要: 应用60Co γ射线照射量率计算法分析比较了4种放射源排列方法和3种辐照操作方式的γ射线利用效率。结果表明,3种操作方式中,换层操作的效率最高,利用率为1.78,其次是分区操作方式,为1.45,源超界的不换层方式最低,为0.85。实行换层操作时,当吊篮高度在1.2 m之内时以3层高度收敛排列法(各层间活度比为0.6∶1.8∶0.6)的60Co γ射线利用率最高,为1.60;当吊篮高度为1.4 m时,3层轻度收敛排列法(0.9∶1.2∶0.9)的60Co γ射线利用率最高,为1.72;当吊篮高度达到1.6 m时,3层均匀排列法(1∶1∶1)的射线利用率最高,为1.78。

     

    Abstract: Four kinds of irradiation source arranging styles and three operating modes of 60Co γ-ray sources were studied. The effects of these ways during radiation processing on γ-ray utilization rate were compared and analyzed by the calculation method of 60Co γ-ray dosage rate. The results show that for these three operating modes, the γ-ray utilization rate of changing layer operation is the highest with 1.78, the partition operation is the second highest with 1.45, and the mode of irradiation source coverage and unchanging layer operation is the least with 0.85. During the implementation of changing layer operation, when the height of the basket within 1.2 m the γ-ray utilization rate of centralized arrangement (0.6∶1.8∶0.6) is the highest with 1.60. When the height of the basket is 1.4 m the γ-ray utilization rate of mild centralized arrangement (0.9∶1.2∶0.9) is the highest with 1.72. When the height of the basket is up to 1.6 m, the γ-ray utilization rate of the average arrangement is the highest up to 1.78.
