基于CFD方法的CARR自然循环特性分析

Natural Circulation Characteristic Analysis of CARR Based on CFD Method

  • 摘要: 本文建立了中国先进研究堆(CARR)堆本体CFD分析模型。应用工程实验数据对强迫循环稳态运行工况和自然循环瞬态运行工况计算结果进行比较和分析,验证了CFD模型的正确性,并进一步对自然循环能力测试试验工况进行模拟。通过整体CFD模型在运行工况和试验工况的模拟,得到了强迫循环转自然循环时瞬态变化过程中堆内的流场和温度场,从而分析研究了CARR的自然循环特性。基于整体CFD模型,可为该堆后续反应堆安全分析工作的开展奠定良好的基础,如试验方案验证、事故分析等。

     

    Abstract: The CFD model of CARR main body was set up in this paper. The CFD model was verified by comparing the engineering experimental data and the simulation results of forced circulation steady condition and natural circulation transient condition, and this model was also used to simulate the natural circulation capability test condition. Through simulating the operation mode and test mode by using this CFD model, the variations of flow and temperature distributions during the transient procedure from forced circulation to natural circulation were achieved, and the natural circulation characteristics of CARR were analyzed and studied. Many reactor safety analysis jobs of CARR could be done based on this CFD model in the future, for example, test project verification, accident analysis, and so on.
