  • 摘要: FT011浮子流量计是AP1000回路中使用的一种水平安装的流量测量装置。由于管道走向不确定,流量计的安装方位也是随机的,从而造成流量计所承受的地震及接管载荷的作用方向也存在多种可能,所以,其应力分析需考虑各种安装方位,即需得到各种载荷的不利组合,才能使分析结果能包络流量计各种可能的安装位置。而指示器偏心载荷也将使载荷不利组合更复杂。根据流量计的结构特点,本文遵从先施加恒定载荷,后施加可变载荷的原则,可变载荷的施加以使应力作用效果同向累加为出发点,最终得到结构和螺栓的载荷不利组合。本文的多种不确定载荷的不利组合方法,可供核工程相关结构的力学分析参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The float rotameter FT011 is a new type of flow measuring equipment applied in nuclear power plant AP1000 by horizontal installation. Because the extending direction of the pipe is uncertain, so is the installation direction of the rotameter, there are many directions along which the seism and nozzle loads are applied to the rotameter. Many installation locations should be considered for the stress analysis, and the worst combination of the loads should be gained so that the results can envelop all the working condition. The analysis is more complicated because of the eccentric loads of the indication meter. According to the structural characters, the rules applying the constant loads firstly and then the variable loads were obeyed in this paper, and the methods of applying the variable loads were complied with the starting points that the stress effects should be the same as each other. The worst combination of the loads applied to the tube and the bolts were gotten at last. The combination methods of uncertain loads can be referenced by the concerned stress analysis of the nuclear engineering.
