HTR-PM堆芯出口热气混合数值模拟分析

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Hot Gas Mixing at HTR-PM Reactor Outlet

  • 摘要: 利用Fluent软件对模型实验台架的两支路工况进行了数值模拟,该实验台架用于高温气冷堆核电站示范工程(HTR-PM)的堆芯出口混合结构的设计验证。通过利用模拟计算所得的温度、压力以及流速分布与模型实验台架所得到的实验结果进行对比分析,进一步确定了模拟计算的各种设置,包括边界条件、湍流模型以及求解算法等。利用Fluent软件并根据相应的设置,对HTR-PM的堆芯出口混合结构的两支路工况进行了计算分析。结果表明,两支路工况下,HTR-PM的堆芯出口混合结构可满足高热混合效率和低压降的要求。

     

    Abstract: The numerical simulation of a model experiment installation was carried out for its two-channel operating conditions by using Fluent code, which was applied for design validation of hot gas mixing structure at reactor outlet of pebble-bed module high temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTR-PM). The configurations of numerical simulation, such as boundary condition, turbulent model and solving method, were confirmed by comparing the temperature, pressure and velocity profiles obtained by numerical simulation and experiment. The two-channel operating conditions of designed hot gas mixing structure at HTR-PM reactor outlet were simulated by using Fluent code according to the configurations. It is concluded that the design of hot gas mixing structure at HTR-PM reactor outlet can fulfill the requirements of high hot gas mixing performance and low pressure drop on the two-channel operating conditions.
