基于人机界面发展的核电站控制室设计

Control Room Design of NPP Based on Development of HMI

  • 摘要: 从核电站控制室的发展历程来看,第一代控制室主要是以模拟技术为主,第二代控制室是模拟技术与数字化技术相结合的“混合式”控制室,第三代控制室基于数字化技术,其数字化人机界面可实现第一代和第二代人机界面无法实现的功能。但庞大且集中的信息量可能超出操纵员的信息处理能力,降低操纵员接收信息的效率,从而影响操纵员的效能。本文基于人机界面的技术发展趋势,以岭澳二期核电站控制室及人机界面为实例,结合相关的法规标准,总结了第三代控制室数字化人机界面的特点,分析了所面临的主要问题和优化措施,为后续核电站控制室的人机界面设计提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of the control room development of nuclear power plants (NPPs), the first generation is the main analog technology on the control room, the second generation is the combination of analog and digital technologies, and the third generation is based on full digital technology. The digital human-machine interface (HMI) of the third generation control room can realize the functions which the first generation and second generation can not realize. But the large and concentrated information also may be beyond the information processing ability of the operator and reduces the efficiency of the operator to receive information, affecting the performance of the operator. Combined with the relevant law and regulation standards, this paper was based on the technology development trend of HMI and regarded the control room and HMI of LingAo Phase Ⅱ NPP as an example. The characteristics of the digital HMI of the third generation control room were summarized, and also the main problems and optimization measures were analyzed. As a result, it is also benefit to the design of control room HMI as the technical references.
