东方超环准稳态中性束注入装置束流限制器结构设计

Structure Design of Beam Collimator for Quasi-steady EAST Neutral Beam Injection Device

  • 摘要: 束流限制器是中性束注入(NBI)装置中典型的高热流承载部件,用来吸收束通道上发散的多余能量,其稳定运行能力对实现高功率NBI系统安全运行至关重要。结合东方超环准稳态NBI装置的运行要求,本文对该装置束流限制器结构进行了初步设计,并基于FLUENT软件对偏转系统入口处束流限制器初步结构进行了稳态热分析。分析结果表明,初步设计方案在给定工作条件下能较好满足东方超环准稳态NBI系统(4 MW,脉宽100 s)的运行要求。本文研究为东方超环准稳态NBI装置其他典型部件的设计和系统安全运行提供了有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: Beam collimators which are used to remove the divergent energy during the beam operation, are the typical high heat flux (HHF) components of neutral beam injection (NBI) device, and their stable operation is essential to the safe operation of the high-power NBI system. Considering the operation requirements of the quasi-steady EAST NBI device, the structures of its beam collimators were designed, and the steady state thermal analysis of the preliminary design structure of the magnet entrance collimator was obtained by using FLUENT. The results show that the preliminary design scheme can meet the operation requirements of the quasi-steady EAST NBI system (4 MW, pulse length 100 s) under the given operating conditions. This paper provides a useful reference for other typical HHF component design and safe operation of the quasi-steady EAST NBI system.
