基于薄膜开关的全自动快前沿高压方波发生器研制

Development of Automatic Nanosecond Risetime High-voltage Recatangular Pulse Generator Based on Dielectric Foil Switch

  • 摘要: 本文研制了一台基于薄膜开关的全自动方波发生器,设计了紧凑化低电感薄膜开关,分析了影响薄膜开关输出特性的因素,包括回路电感、阻抗、传输线长度、杂散电容、电感等对输出波形的影响;设计了自动换膜结构及基于触摸屏和PLC控制的全自动控制系统。实测了方波发生器的输出波形,输出电压幅值2~8 kV可调,前沿1.25 ns,脉宽20~100 ns可调。该装置在高压脉冲分压器标定、电磁脉冲效应研究等领域有广泛的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: An automatic nanosecond risetime high-voltage rectangular pulse generator based on dielectric foil switch was developed. A compact low inductance dielectric foil switch was designed, and the factors which affect the characteristic of switch including circle inductance, matched impedance, length of the transmission line, etc. were analyzed. An automatic mechanical device used to change dielectric foil was designed which is controlled by PLC module. This generator can produce a rectangular pulse with risetime of 1.25 ns, voltage value of 2.8 kV, and pulse width of 20100 ns. It can be used broadly in the area of high pulsed power technology and study of electromagnetic pulse affection.
