Quality Control for CYCIAE-100

  • 摘要: 100 MeV回旋加速器是中国原子能科学研究院(CIAE)串列加速器升级工程(BRIF)中最主要的工艺系统,技术要求高,系统复杂,质量控制难度大。为保证回旋加速器顺利出束,采取了一系列管理和技术措施,保证回旋加速器的质量,尤其对主要的工艺设备(离子源、主磁铁、高频系统、真空系统等),在设计、制造、安装调试各阶段均采取了有效方法实施控制,并取得成功。

     

    Abstract: CYCIAE-100 is the most important technical system of Beijing Radioactive Ion-beam Facility (BRIF) in China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE), whose technical parameters demand is high, system is complex and quality control is difficult. In order to get the beam successfully, a series of policies on the management and techniques were used at the stages of designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning to ensure the quality on the ion source, the main magnet, the high frequency system and the vacuum system etc. especially, which were proved successfully to reach the goal finally.
