SSC-Linac离子源及束运线真空度读取方法

Vacuum Pressure Acquisition Method in ECR and Beam Line of SSC-Linac

  • 摘要: 采用NI公司生产的CompactRIO 9022控制器、NI 9114机箱以及NI 9870 RS232串口模块实现SSC-Linac离子源及束运线真空度的读取。真空计通过RS232协议返回的信息由CompactRIO解析,将解析出的通道状态信息与真空压力分别封装成不同的过程变量(PV),用户界面访问PV名称即可获取通道状态信息与真空压力。此方法已投入使用,运行状态稳定,为调束人员提供了可靠的真空数据。

     

    Abstract: CompactRIO 9022 controller, NI 9114 chassis and NI 9870 RS232 modules were used to obtain vacuum data of SSC-Linac ECR and beam line. The read-back information of vacuum gauge was analyzed by CompactRIO. The channel state and vacuum pressure were packaged into different process variables (PV). User interface only needed to call on PV names to obtain channel state and vacuum pressure. This method is used in the project and has a good stability. The method also provides reliable vacuum data to physical scientists.
