HLS注入系统top-off模式调试与研究

Commissioning and Research of HLS Injection System under top-off Mode

  • 摘要: 合肥光源(HLS)改造升级后,注入器实现了满能量注入的设计目标,储存环存储束流达到了300 mA,同时注入系统采用水平局部凸轨注入系统,具备了top-off模式注入的基本条件。在准备阶段,测量分析了冲击磁铁时间抖动、冲击磁场的不均匀性等参数,并结合现场情况,提出了降低注入系统故障率的有效途径。通过调试与研究,微波功率源以及注入系统采用了预充电模式,储存环采用了逐圈反馈抑制残余振荡,并取得了较好的效果。此外,还分析了top-off模式下,HLS储存环大厅内剂量分布情况,以及降低剂量率的途径。综上所述,HLS已具备top-off模式注入的基础。

     

    Abstract: After the upgrade of the HLS, the injector was improved to realize the full-energy inject goal, and the beam current reached 300 mA. To meet the requirement of the top-off mode inject, the injection system adopted the local horizontal bump orbit injection system. In the prepare phase, the impact magnet time jitter and the inhomogeneity of the impact magnetic field were measured and analyzed based on the situation of worksite. An efficient way was presented to reduce injection system error rate. The microwave power source and the injection system used the pre-charge mode in the commissioning test, and the storage ring used turn-by-turn feedback to reduce the residual vibration, which gets a good result. In addition, HLS storage ring’s dose distribution was given under the top-off mode, and a solution was also given to reduce dose rate. Above all, the HLS has the basic condition of top-off mode inject.
