中国散裂中子源通用粉末衍射仪准直器腔体设计

Design of Collimator Chamber in China Spallation Neutron Source General Purpose Powder Diffractometer

  • 摘要: 准直器作为降低谱仪本底的关键设备,在中国散裂中子源谱仪建设中非常重要。本文选用7A09铝合金作为窗体材料对准直器腔体进行真空密封;综合考虑中子透过率及窗体机械性能的要求,参考中子飞行轨道的几何约束,利用有限元模拟和解析计算相互验证的方法给出了放射状粗糙准直器的密封窗口结构。对准直器腔体同样采用有限元模拟和解析计算两种方法进行设计,给出了真空条件下的设计结果。

     

    Abstract: The coarse radial collimator which can reduce the background of neutron spectrometer plays an important role in the construction of China Spallation Neutron Source. The aluminum alloy 7A09 was chosen as the vacuum sealing material for coarse radial collimator. The different structures of the aluminum alloy window were designed by considering the requirement of neutron transmission and mechanical properties and the geometric constraints of the neutron flight path. The finite element simulation and analytical calculation were used to evaluate these structures and select a suitable sealing window structure eventually. The same methods were applied to the design of the collimator chamber and the design was got finally.
