Abstract:
The nuclear pore membrane template was obtained with the aid of track-etched polyester (PET) film. The nano-palladium was produced in the template by electrodeposition. The morphology and composition of the nano-palladium were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX) respectively. Results show that the nano-palladium particles by this method are even and distribute in array, and the ratio of length to diameter ranges from 5 to 70 when the deposition potential is -0.65 V.
