基于CFD方法格架局部阻力系数计算模型研究

Calculation Model Research of Local Resistance Coefficient for Spacer Grids Based on CFD Methodology

  • 摘要: 为了研制高性能燃料组件,定位格架的阻力特性直接关系到燃料组件的热工性能和水力相容性。本文针对5×5规模的定位格架,从流动阻力的基本原理出发,利用CFD方法研究并建立了格架局部阻力特性的理论计算模型,并对计算结果进行验证。结果表明,基于计算模型获得的格架局部阻力系数与直接模拟结果基本一致,验证了计算模型的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop high-performance fuel assemblies, resistance characteristics of spacer grid are directly related to thermal performance and hydraulic compatibility of fuel assemblies. Based on basic principles of flow resistance, the calculation model of local resistance characteristics for 5×5 spacer grids was studied and built by using CFD method and the calculation results were validated. The results show that the local resistance coefficients from calculation model are generally in agreement with those from direct simulation.
