Research on Ethanol Solution Detection Using X-ray Diffraction

  • 摘要: 酒精是液体安检中非常重要的检测对象,准确的溶液浓度分析,有利于安检系统对于液体物质危险等级的评定以及后续的检查。衍射峰也可能成为一项重要的物理参数,为液体分类提供有价值的识别信息。采用X射线衍射(XRD)实验方法,对不同浓度的酒精溶液进行了X射线衍射实验。为提高衍射谱测量的准确性,对实际测量中的系统误差进行了分析,并提出了几何标定方法。经过几何标定和能谱校正,得到了衍射峰位与酒精浓度的关系。

     

    Abstract: Ethanol solutions are very important objects to be detected in liquid security detection, and accurate analysis of the concentration is advantageous to the liquids treat level assessment and the follow-up inspection. Diffraction peak position may also become an important physical parameter, which provides valuable identification information for liquids classification. Experiments were done on ethanol solutions with different concentrations, using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. In order to improve the accuracy of the diffraction spectra measurements, geometric calibration method was proposed based on the error analysis of the actual XRD system. The relationship was found between the diffraction peak position and the concentration after geometric calibration and spectra correction.
