放射性废物中等深度处置安全目标研究

Safety Goal for Radioactive Waste Intermediate Depth Disposal

  • 摘要: 随着我国核工业的发展,积累了相当数量的长寿命放射性核素浓度较高的低中放废物,IAEA建议将这些废物进行中等深度处置。为尽快开展中等深度处置的相关研究,调查分析了我国需进行中等深度处置的废物源项,在此基础上,参考国外中等深度处置设施的安全目标,结合我国相关核安全法规标准要求,给出了我国放射性废物中等深度处置设施关闭后长期安全目标为1mSv/a、安全防护时间尺度为1000a以上,其运行期间的安全目标可参考GB 13600中的相关目标值。利用OECD/NEA对核素浓度限值的推导方法,初步计算了钻探情景和钻探后情景主要核素的活度限值。

     

    Abstract: With the development of China’s nuclear industry, a vast amount of low and intermediate level radioactive waste with long-lived radionuclide was accumulated. IAEA proposed to dispose this waste by intermediate depth disposal. For the study, the waste source terms in China which need to be disposed by intermediate depth were investigated and analyzed. On this basis, with reference of safety goals for radioactive waste intermediate depth disposal abroad, combining the existing relevant nuclear safety legal system, it is proposed that long-term safety goal is 1 mSv/a, the operation-safety goal is more than 1000a, and safety protection time scale of intermediate depth disposal facilities in China can reference GB 13600. The activity limits of the main radionuclides of drilling scene and after-drilling scene were preliminary estimated by OECD/NEA.
