高纯锗γ谱仪计数比法测量滤材样品中241Am/239Pu原子比

Measurement of 241Am/239Pu Atom Ratio in Filter Sample-Based on Count Ratio in HPGe γ Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 使用阱型高纯锗γ谱仪测量了待测滤材样品和参比溶液中241Am 59.5 keV和239Pu 129.3 keV的能峰计数比,结合参比溶液中已知的241Am/239Pu原子比数据给出了滤材样品的241Am/239Pu原子比,结果与滤材样品经化学处理后采用同位素稀释质谱法测量的241Am/239Pu原子比在不确定度范围内一致。

     

    Abstract: The ratio of 239Pu 129.3 keV and 241Am 59.5 keV γ peak areas was measured by well-type HPGe γ spectrometer for filter samples and reference solution, respectively. Atom ratios of 241Am and 239Pu in filter samples were calculated according to the count ratios and the atom ratio of 241Am and 239Pu in reference solution. Then filter samples were digested chemically and the contents of 241Am and 239Pu were determined using isotope dilution mass spectrometric (ID-ICP-MS) analysis combined with radiochemical separation. The results with two methods are coincident with each other within the uncertainties.
