Reliability Analysis of Emergency Power System for CARR

  • 摘要: 应急供电系统是保证中国先进研究堆(CARR)安全的重要系统之一,它的高可靠性是保证其完成预期功能的重要条件。本文以应急供电系统为研究对象,利用故障模式及影响分析和故障树等可靠性分析方法,建立相应模型,对应急供电系统进行定性和定量的分析,得到了该系统发生故障的概率和最小割集,找出了薄弱环节,提出了有效提高该系统可靠性的建议和措施,为保证CARR安全可靠地运行提供支撑。

     

    Abstract: The emergency power system is one of the essential systems which assure the safety of China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR). The function of the emergency power system relies on its high reliability. The research on the reliability of emergency power system was carried out in this paper, using the reliability analysis methods including failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA). Carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the emergency power system by building relevant models, the fault probability and minimal cut sets were obtained. Finding out the weakness, effective suggests and measures for improving the reliability of emergency power system were brought forward. The results in this paper can provide the support for the safe and reliable operation of CARR.
