脉冲中子探测器用国产PMT的批量测试研究

Study and Batch Test of Homemade PMTs Used for Pulsed Neutron Detector

  • 摘要: 针对脉冲中子探测器研制的需求,对国产GDB-235型PMT进行了批量测试与研究。通过相对测量的方法,获得了该型PMT阳极灵敏度的分布状态。为考核PMT对极端气温条件的适应性,通过高、低温贮存实验,获得了PMT灵敏度变化的统计规律。最后通过李萨如图形法测得该型PMT的最大线性输出幅度平均达369.9 mV,可满足中子探测器研制的要求。

     

    Abstract: For the development of pulsed neutron detectors, a batch test of the homemade GDB-235 PMTs was carried out. Using relative measurement method, the distribution of the PMTs’ anode sensitivities was obtained. In order to assess the applicability of the PMT to extreme temperature, high and low temperatures storage test was carried out and the statistical law of the PMTs’ sensitivity change rates was obtained. By using the Lissajous figure method, it is shown that the average of the maximum linear output voltage of the PMTs is 369.9 mV, which can meet the requirements of the pulsed neutron detector.
