瞬态光栅衍射法紫外单次自相关仪的研究

Study on Ultraviolet Single Shot Autocorrelator Based on Transient Grating Diffraction

  • 摘要: 为解决紫外超短脉冲激光测量中面临的问题,采用简并四波混频瞬态光栅衍射法,建立了紫外单次自相关仪。利用该仪器对掺钛蓝宝石激光的倍频光、三倍频光和KrF准分子激光进行了测量研究。结果表明:该仪器能实时、单次地获取激光的脉宽,并能实时显示脉宽的变化和波形的调制,其波长范围为248~400 nm,时间范围为5 ps。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of degenerate four-wave mixing transient grating diffraction, an ultraviolet single shot autocorrelator was set up for resolving the problem confronted in the measurement of ultraviolet pulse laser. The autocorrelator was applied to the measurement of Ti:Sappire second-harmonic-generation laser and third-harmonic-generation laser and KrF excimer laser. The results show that the autocorrelator can acquire the pulse duration in real time and in single shot pattern, present the pulse duration change and the pulse shape modulation, and run within the spectrum range of 248-400 nm and the time range of 5 ps.
