Abstract:
Nanofluid heat transfer is a new heat transfer form, most studies focus on single phase heat transfer, while two-phase boiling heat transfer on nanofluid is not studied so much. In this paper, the total heat transfer was divided into four parts using heat flux partitioning method, including microlayer evaporation, transient conduction before bubble departure, transient conduction after bubble departure and micro-convection. The heat transfer for the four models was calculated individually and other parameters such as nucleation site density were calculated to predict the average heat transfer coefficient and CHF. The results show that the analytical results and experimental data agree well, which verifies the analytical model.
