Abstract:
The fuzzy PID control method was adopted in the research, and a fuzzy PID control parameter calculation method was designed based on the actual needs of HI-13 tandem accelerator terminal voltage control. The PID control parameter could be obtained in real time, and based on the PID control parameter the terminal voltage control value could also be obtained in real time. The HI-13 tandem accelerator terminal voltage stable computer control module was built, and experimental study was carried out. The results show that compared with normal PID control method, the voltage control process which uses fuzzy PID control method is more accurate and less time to the final steady state and the performance of high voltage system for HI-13 tandem accelerator is improved.
