基于粗糙集理论和PSpice仿真的脉冲功率装置故障诊断方法

Fault Diagnosis of Pulsed Power Device Based on Rough Set Theory and PSpice Simulation

  • 摘要: 粗糙集是一种在数据发掘和故障诊断方面有极大发展潜力的软计算方法,可对不精确、不一致、不完整的信息进行分析和处理,且不需要任何对数据的先验知识。脉冲功率装置结构复杂、部件多、故障模式繁多,故障诊断是该领域亟需克服的难题。本文利用PSpice软件对典型的“Marx-脉冲形成线-二极管”型脉冲功率装置进行了整机仿真,建立了精确度较高的模型。在此模型的基础上进行了典型的故障仿真,提取了故障波形参数,运用粗糙集进行了处理,得出了适用性较广的诊断规则,初步建立了基于粗糙集理论的脉冲功率装置诊断方法,为脉冲功率系统可靠性研究提供了新的思路。

     

    Abstract: As a new soft computing, rough set (RS) has huge potential in data mining. RS can analyze and handle imprecise, inconsistent and incomplete data efficiently. The pulsed power device has many faults due to complicated components. An overall simulation of a typical pulsed power device based on PSpice software was built. In this model, several typical faults were simulated, and the parameters of the fault waveforms were analyzed by RS. Some diagnostic rules that have wider applicability were deduced. This work lays the foundation for further study.
