核电厂数字化仪控系统状态监测及可靠性预测方法研究

Research on Status Monitoring and Reliability Prediction Method of Digital Control System for Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 随着我国核电的发展,数字化仪控系统和设备的引入,给核电厂安全性和可靠性带来的风险得到广泛的关注。目前国内外的核电厂数字化仪控系统状态监测仅针对单个设备,具有一定的局限性,忽略了设备间的可靠性关联及设备可靠性趋势对整个系统可靠性的影响。本文提出一种核电厂数字化仪控系统状态监测及可靠性预测方法,以高压安注系统为例,通过监测多个相关设备的状态信息,分析其内在可靠性关联,得到设备当前可靠性趋势对整个系统可靠性状态的影响,建立系统可靠性模型。该模型通过状态信息的更新,实时监测整个系统的可靠性状态,为核电厂系统和设备提供更为全面的预测和可靠性状态监测,为核电厂的系统管理、设备管理及运行维护提供指导。

     

    Abstract: With the development of nuclear power, the risks of safety and reliability brought by digital control system (DCS) and equipment in nuclear power plant (NPP), have gained widespread concern and attention. The technology of status monitoring for NPP is constrained by paying attention to single equipment, their inter relationships and the influences of reliability intendancy for the whole system were ignored. A status monitoring and reliability predication method was proposed in this paper, and the high pressure safety injection system was taken as an example. By monitoring the status information of several related equipments, and analyzing internal reliability relation, the influence of the current reliability trend of the equipment on the reliability of the whole system was obtained, and the system reliability model was established. The reliability of the whole system can be monitored in real time with this model by updating the status information, which can provide a comprehensive indication for NPP system and equipment, and also can provide the guidance for the system management, equipment management, operation and maintenance.
