基于热中子分析技术的铀弹头内部炸药元素分析法

Element Analysis Method of Explosive in WgU Warhead Based on Thermal Neutron Analysis

  • 摘要: 在军控核查技术领域,核弹头拆卸认证技术主要研究核弹头拆卸前后其内部特殊核材料和高爆炸药的探测及认证方法。本文提出了基于热中子分析技术的铀弹头(基于武器级铀的核弹头)内部炸药元素分析法。对炸药元素数目比的计算方法进行了深入分析,在JMCT软件的基础上构建了该方法的数值模拟平台,并利用该平台对铀弹头内部炸药元素分析法的可行性和效果进行了模拟研究。结果表明,铀弹头内部炸药元素分析法对炸药元素数目比具有很高的重建精度,能用于准确判断铀弹头内部是否含有炸药。

     

    Abstract: In the field of arms control verification techniques, the dismantlement authentication techniques of nuclear warheads mainly involve the studies of the detection and authentication methods of the special nuclear material and high explosive of nuclear warheads before and after the dismantlement of nuclear warheads. In this paper, an element analysis method of the explosive in WgU warheads (nuclear warheads with weapons-grade uranium cores) based on thermal neutron analysis, namely EAMEUW-TNA, was proposed. The calculation method of the element number ratios of explosive was deeply analyzed, and the numerical simulation platform of the EAMEUW-TNA was established based on the JMCT software and used to study the feasibility and the effect of the EAMEUW-TNA. The results show that the EAMEUW-TNA has high reconstruction accuracy of the element number ratios, and can be used to judge whether there exists explosive in the WgU warhead.
