DDA与核电站凝结水精处理树脂的相容性试验研究

Compatibility of Condensate Polishing Resin with Dodecylamine in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 压水堆核电站二回路乙醇胺(ETA)工况下加入十二胺(DDA)的复合加胺工况,可大幅减少蒸汽发生器(SG)中的淤渣沉积量,是一种前景广阔的二回路水质调节方式。但DDA可能会污染凝结水精处理树脂。为此,本文选用3种树脂,在25、40、55 ℃下进行DDA和ETA+DDA的系列污染试验,并在25 ℃下进行ETA+DDA的循环污染试验。结果表明:阳离子交换树脂更容易受到DDA污染,随着DDA浓度的增加,树脂污染加重,工作交换容量下降。ETA的加入会加重树脂污染,ETA+DDA对树脂的污染具有协同效应。DDA对树脂的污染主要表现为树脂孔隙堵塞及范德华力吸附共同作用的结果。被DDA污染的树脂再生困难,需要探讨新型复苏工艺。从树脂耐污染浓度与耐污染次数来看,DOWEX MONOSPHERE 650C (H)/MONOSPHERE 550A(OH)树脂与DDA之间的相容性更好,在ETA+DDA工况下可作为电厂凝结水精处理树脂选型的参考。

     

    Abstract: In pressurized water reactors, utilizing dodecylamine (DDA) can reduce the deposition of corrosion significantly in steam generator, and ethanolamine (ETA)+ DDA is a promising water condition in secondary circuit, but DDA might contaminate the condensate polishing resin. Three kinds of resins were chosen to carry out series of pollution experiments under different concentrations of DDA/ETA+DDA at 25, 40 and 55 ℃, and circulation pollution and recover experiments were made under ETA+DDA condition at 25 ℃. The experimental results show that the cation exchange resin is more susceptible to DDA pollution, and with the increase of DDA concentration, the resin pollution is more aggravated. ETA enhances the resin pollution while ETA+DDA condition has synergistic effect on resin pollution. The resin pollution caused by DDA is mainly manifested as the result of resin pore clogging and van der Waals force. It is difficult to regenerate the resin polluted by DDA, and it is eager to develop a new regeneration process. From the resin pollution concentration and the number of anti-pollution point of view, DOWEX MONOSPHERE 650C(H)/MONOSPHERE 550A(OH) resin has better compatibility with DDA, and it can be used as a reference for the selection of condensate polishing resin in nuclear power plant.
